Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • No hidden fees: All fees involved in the return or exchange process will be clearly communicated in advance.

  • Notice: Refunds will cover the product price only, excluding shipping fees — unless the return is due to a product defect or our error, in which case a full refund (including shipping fees) will be provided.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at info@chicluna.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Obtain Return Information: We will provide you with a return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely pack your item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address.

  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The original item must be returned first before an exchange can be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide free return shipping and ensure that you receive a full refund or exchange.
