During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Delivery: 1–2 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Expedited Delivery: 2–5 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected international destinations.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders $60 and above

  • Standard Delivery: Orders below $60 – Flat rate $7.90

  • Expedited Delivery: Flat rate $15.90

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes or carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates are typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Damages

ChicLuna is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We recommend retaining all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing your claim.
